Description for Dohmeyer DOH-TUN-11200 Nitrogen Freezing Tunnel
Used and in excellent condition Dohmeyer DOH-TUN-11200 stainless steel nitrogen freezing tunnel with bottom drop. Maximum product height is 165 mm and effective belt width is 1200 mm. Complete with 17 fans total, 9x Canton 0,75 kW - 1400 RPM, 7x Weg 0,75 kw - 1380 RPM and 1x Canton 1,5 kw - 1425 RPM.
Capacity with optimal loading max 1.500 kg based on a product height of 18 mm. Nitrogen consumption 0,7 to 1 kg per kg of product to be frozen. This tunnel uses liquefied nitrogen (LIN) or (LN2) for continuous cooling and freezing. The Ashworth B12-16-16 belt moves the product along the tunnel. Nitrogen is injected into this tunnel via a counterflow system. This means that cold nitrogen is blown in through the back and then pulled forward. As a result, no damage can occur to the product because it does not get cold too suddenly.
