Description for T.S. Techniek Twin-Belt spiral freezer

Used and in excellent condition twin-belt spiral freezer with 2x 10 tiers and belt washer. Effective belt width 500 mm and maximal product height 70 mm. Total belt length for each belt 113.000 mm and 91.000 mm effective. Drum motor on top of the spiral, belt motor Dertec 0,18 kW - 880 RPM. Belt speed is adjustable between 30 and 130 minutes. Evaporator Goedhart PLK.S 792 m2 with 4 Nuaire fans and an air volume flow of 64.000 m3/h, dip tray has water defrosting. Maximum belt load is 60%, optimal belt load is 55%. This spiral is complete with side and top panels.
Capacity per hour examples:
1.250 kg beef poulet in 50 minutes (5 grams/piece) +10ºC to -18ºC.
1.000 kg chicken sate in 60 minutes (12 grams/piece) +10ºC to -18ºC.
400 kg cooked chicken fillet in 70 minutes (150 grams/piece) +10ºC to -18ºC.
Complete with Bitzer HSN7471-75 installation and economizer.
