Description for Heinen SF 10.7-11-20S

Used Heinen SF 10.7-11-20S spiral freezer with 20 tiers and Heinen belt washer. Total belt width 1067 mm, effective belt width 990 mm and maximal product height 56 mm. Total belt length 429 meters, effective belt length 390 meters, drum motor on top of the spiral. Evaporator Guntner GCO N/12/26/5300/GVV/3 with 3 x 11 kW Woods fans and a surface of 1.400 m2. This spiral is complete with sandwich panels. Optional with complete new belt.
This spiral is currently assembled in our warehouse as you can see in the last photo, ready for a viewing.
Capacity example:
2.050 kg/h hamburgers in 25 minutes (110 grams/piece) +2ºC to -20ºC.
1.300 kg/h hamburger in 40 minutes (110 grams/piece) +60ºC to -20ºC.
2.000 kg/h half chickenfilet in 85 minutes (200 grams/piece) +4ºC to -18ºC.
2.100 kg/h mini ice cream tray in 50 minutes (72 grams/piece) -4ºC to -20ºC.
