Description for
Used ice rink complete cooling installation for a 400 meter fast track and hockey rink. The ammonia installation consists 3 Sabroe screw compressors. Sabroe SAB 202 SM with a 250 kW electric motor and 2x Sabroe SAB 163 HM with a 132 kW electric motors. From the compressors the refrigerant goes to the Alfa Laval MK 15-BWFDR/61 plate heat exchanger ammonia/glycol 1750 kW and heating surface of 55,2 m2. On the roof are Goedhart KOAD aircooled drycoolers. After the refrigerant goes to the evaporator Alfa Laval MK 15-BWFGR/146 plate heat exchanger ammonia/caliumchloride 1350 kW and heating surface of 133,4 m2. Caliumchloride is running under the ice rinks and pumped around by Grundfoss pumps. Ammonia separator Grasso RSV 8/25 with a capacity of 1390 ltr and Witt HR4-M vlotter.
Control panel with Siemens micromast 440 control inverters and Siemens Simatic OP17 controller. Installation complete with all certificates.
