Description for Bitzer OSKA 8581-K & OSKA 7451-K

Used ARCO/Bitzer chiller on NH3. Complete with 2 open type Bitzer screw compressors (OSKA 8581-K & OSKA 7451-K) and the 2 electric driving motors. The unit contains a primary oil separator, 2 secondary oil separators, a oil cooler and a liquid separator. The evaporator is a Vahterus Plate & Shell (Q-plate) PSHE 5HH-200/1/1. The electrical driving motors for the compressor OSKA 7451-K and for the glycol pump Grundfos TP 100-360/2 A-F-A-GQQE are frequency controlled. A soft starter is used for the compressor OSKA 8581-K. Complete with 2 Danfoss Adap Kool Drives frequency converters and electrical control panel. Furthermore the unit contains 2x 600 ltr liquid expansion tanks Pneumatex statico.
The combination of a WITT HR high-pressure float regulator and a WITT open flash economizer will increase the efficiency of the unit. To protect the compressors against liquid hammering a WITT DWR heat exchanger is installed in the pressure gas line to evaporate liquid refrigerant contained in the refrigerant oil. Additionally all certificates are included.

*All components of this used chiller will be tested on adequate performance, leak free condition (condensing blocks), compressors, fans, control panel, and so forth). Choosing HOSBV means buying with warranty. We perform an industrial cleaning.
