Description for Waukesha Cherry-Burrell 6X72 Votator 2

Used Waukesha Cherry-Burrell 6X72 Votator scraped surface heat exchanger with a transfer area of 0,84 m². The Votator commonly gets used in food processing to heat or cool products like margarine, peanut butter, chocolate and more. The product flows through the cylinder that is heated or cooled. Rotating blades inside the Votator scrape the inside surface and this prevents products to build up or burn. The Votator has a flow around 3,4 to 6,8 m³/h.
