Description for Frost IQF

Completely de-installed working and well maintained IQF "flow" / Tunnel Freezer. The inside material is stainless steel and outside completely galvanised steel. Total belt width is 1440 mm and belt length 14.660 mm with total belt surface 21,09 m2. In and outfeed height 4003 mm.
Pre-freeze section: 3 Sections total with each 2 evaporators so a total of 6 evaporators. Each evaporator has an airflow of 72.000 m3/h, total airflow is 432.000 m3/h. Belt length is the pre-freeze section is 8.790 mm and belt surface is 12,65 m2. Speed of the belt is adjustable, fan speed is adjustable per section and stir mechanism is adjustable.
After-freezing section: 2 Sections total with each 2 evaporators so a total of 4 evaporators. Each evaporator has an airflow of 72.000 m3/h, total airflow is 288.000 m3/h. Belt length is the after-freeze section is 5.860 mm and belt surface is 8,44 m2. Beld, fan and stir mechanism are adjustable.
The evaporators are Goedhart PLK.S with hot gas defrosting and this freezer is complete with belt washer. Controller Siemens S5 PLC and frequency controller for belt.
Capacity of 1,7 tons/hour based on spinach.
