Used Frigoscandia GYROCOMPACT spiral freezer, model: GC P 42-09-22-05. This spiral freezer has 22 layers. In/outfeed configuration is north/north, infeed height: 550mm, outfeed height: 2180mm. Frigobelt made of stainless steel with mesh belt width: 420 mm effective belt width: 380 mm. Product gap: 90 mm, effective hight: 75 mm. Defrosting system: water or hot gas. Including evaporator and blower for belt washer.
Capacity example:
500 kg/h hamburgers in 30 minutes (110 grams/piece) +2ºC to -20ºC.
380 kg/h hamburger in 40 minutes (110 grams/piece) +60ºC to -20ºC.
500 kg/h half chickenfilet in 85 minutes (200 grams/piece) +4ºC to -18ºC.
675 kg/h mini ice cream tray in 45 minutes (72 grams/piece) -4ºC to -20ºC.
