The tunnel freezer has 3 compartments of 3000 mm and is complete with 5 Goedhart KTR-E evaporators with 4 Ziehl-Abegg fans - 50 Hz - 0,84/0,54 kW - 1340/940 RPM - diameter 500 mm, WEG ODG 734 electromotor - 50 Hz - 1410 RPM & REL71L/40 electromotor - 50 Hz - 0,25 kW - 1500 RPM, Siemens FDU 1207/2109101 001 3-stage gearbox, control box with a Koma Multicell display.
Belt specifications: effective belt length: 9000 mm & effective belt width: 2360 mm & height infeed/outfeed: 950/950 mm. Total dimensions: 11.240x2850x2350 mm (LxWxH).
Capacity per hour examples:
236 kg/h hamburgers in 30 minutes (110 grams/piece) +2ºC to -20ºC.

Two pieces Helpman HTC 100-122 air-cooled condensers. Complete with 2 Ziehl-Abegg FE100-NDS.6N.V7 fans - 50 Hz - 0,87/0,48 kW - 430/310 RPM - diameter 1000 mm and a total airflow of 23.800 m³/h.
