Sabroe SMC 108S (x2)
Used Sabroe air-cooled water chiller on Ammonia (R717) in a container. The chiller exists of the following components:
Compressors:
2x Sabroe SMC 108S reciprocating compressors on a steel base frame. Each compressor is complete with a Schorch KN7250S-BB01B-Z electric motor - 50 Hz - 75 kW - 1475 RPM, pressure and safety switches/gauges and capacity control. The compressors have a capacity of 356 kW at -12°C/+35°C.
Evaporator:
1x Isolated Alfa Laval M10-BWFDR plate heat exchanger for Glycol / R717. The heat exchanger has a capacity of 360 kW at a temperature of -12°C.
Condenser:
1x Raffel RAV 2.84.4 evaporating condenser for NH3. Complete with 4 fans that are running on 1450 RPM. Further the sets comes with two KSB Etachrom 50-125/114 spray water pump with a water flow of 45 m³/h. Capacity of 450 kW at a temperature of +35°C.
Further the chiller set comes with the following parts:
1x Lohenner NH3 separator with a volume of 670 liter.
1x Alfa Laval CB25-U10H brazed heat exchanger.
1x Lohenner Brine tank with a volume of 340 liter.
1x KSB Riovar cooling water pump with a flow of 1,5 m³/h.
1x Control cabinet with a Flow Vacon frequency converter.
