Bitzer OSNA8591-K (x4) NH3 installation
Used Bitzer OSNA 8591-K (x4) open screw compressor rack on R717 (Ammonia). Each compressor complete with a Rotor 23RN250M02 electric motor - 50 Hz - 110 kW - 2960 RPM and pressure and safety switches/gauges. Further the set comes with an oil separator, HS-Cooler KS20-FEP-113 oil cooler, Witt HDB 406 x 1720 receiver with a volume of 210 liter, Witt NDB 1200x4169 separator that has a volume of 4310 liter and 2 Witt HRP 5040 liquid pumps, Witt ECO 3-M/N economizer, NH3 floater and a control cabinet.
The condenser this set worked with is also available. It is a Goedhart INAL-G-N41080D-B-6p (D) NH3 air-cooled condenser. Complete with 10 Süd-Electric MDB-T3100-NSN-U fans - 50 Hz - 1,5/2,4 kW - 650/900 RPM - diameter 800 mm and a total airflow of 210.120 m³/h. Capacity of 774,2 kW at an air inlet temperature of 25°C and a condensing temperature of 40°C. Condenser can be found through the following link: 17981
